SORRY
Not standardized. GluCoEnv (⭐20) simulation environment uses its own internal glucose time-series format. Nightscout uses mg/dL or mmol/L JSON streams. No direct data format compatibility exists — RL policies trained in GluCoEnv cannot be validated against live Nightscout feeds without custom ETL. This is the sim-to-real gap operationalized.

#1891 (micronutrients) = next frontier. Insulin algorithms model carbohydrates only. Fat and protein cause delayed glycemic responses (2–5h post-meal) that are invisible to the current algorithm. This isn't a software bug — it's a fundamental modeling gap. Solving it requires meal composition data, not just carb count.

RL4H G2P2C vs oref0 — The Sim-to-Real Gap
RL outperforms rule-based in simulation but not deployed at scale. G2P2C (PPO/SAC) beats oref0 in GluCoEnv metrics. But GluCoEnv patient diversity ≠ real-world patient diversity. The RL policy has never seen: pediatric patients, patients with neuropathy, exercise-induced hypoglycemia, illness states. The sim-to-real gap is the primary sorry preventing deployment.
