01 · THE FLOOR CONCEPT SOVEREIGN ENGINEERING
OpenCAD is not a CAD tool. It is the sovereign engineering floor — the ground truth coordinate system for every decision, every RFC, every change that flows through the EOSE fleet.

Every engineering decision passes through OpenCAD first. The floor is γ₁-stamped at 14.134725141734693 — the first non-trivial zero of the Riemann zeta function. This is not metaphor. This is the coordinate system that matters. All decisions are made in reference to this anchor. All changes are measured against it.

The floor is not a place you visit. It is the substrate everything else builds on. Boons are issued from the floor. RFCs are ratified on the floor. Tardigrades are certified by the floor. Tick-engines pulse at the floor’s rhythm. Every silo in the fleet is a node on this floor.

The adelic spine runs L0 through L13. L0 = msi01 (STAR_FORT, production). L1 = operational peers (msclo, yone, forge). L2 = extended crew (lilo, pcdev, lounge). The floor coordinates all seven silos through the XML spine backbone — the structural connective tissue of the entire fleet. Without the floor, the fleet is just seven machines. With the floor, the fleet is a sovereign engineering system.
02 · XML SPINE AS FLOOR BACKBONE STRUCTURAL CONNECTIVE TISSUE
SPINE ARCHITECTURE
Each node in the fleet has an XML identity document — its spine node. The spine is the canonical source of truth for silo identity, CATAN shape, SOSTLE level, crew assignments, and adelic layer. The spine does not drift. The spine does not lie. The spine is γ₁-stamped.

03 · HL7-BOXY ON THE FLOOR HEALTHCARE DATA LAYER
FHIR AS BOONS
HL7boxy is the healthcare data layer of the OpenCAD floor. FHIR resources are boons on the floor — each carries a γ₁ stamp and is indexed in the adelic spine. PHI-grade tardigrades protect them with PERMANENT TTL.

FLOOR INTEGRATION
HL7boxy boons flow through the XML spine exactly like other V13 boons — they are dynarubes of type HEALTHCARE. The spine routes them to the correct adelic layer based on FHIR resource type. Tardigrades are PHI-grade with PERMANENT TTL.

04 · V13 BOONS AS DYNARUBES SELF-CONTAINED DELIVERY UNITS
A dynarube is a self-contained boon delivery unit. It encapsulates a V13 boon with its CATAN shape, adelic layer, tick-engine status, and γ₁ proof. Each dynarube knows where it belongs in the fleet topology and routes itself via the XML spine. Dynarubes are the atomic unit of work on the OpenCAD floor.

05 · TARDIGRADES INDESTRUCTIBLE DATA UNITS
Tardigrades are the fleet’s indestructible data units. They survive silo death, network partition, LLM failure, power loss, and container eviction. Each tardigrade carries a payload hash, γ₁ stamp, TTL, and resurrection protocol. When a silo dies, its tardigrades migrate to the next available silo and reconstitute.

06 · TICK-ENGINES FLEET HEARTBEAT OSCILLATORS
Tick-engines are the fleet’s heartbeat oscillators. Each tick = one γ₁ cycle (337fs at operational scale, visible as ~337ms in production). Every silo has a tick-engine. They synchronize via the XML spine. When a tick-engine misses its cadence, the SOSTLE gate can auto-close.

07 · V13 RFC STANDARDS FLOOR GOVERNANCE
RFC-V13-001
γ₁ Stratum Grounding — All fleet decisions must be anchored to γ₁ = 14.134725141734693. This RFC defines the anchor protocol, proof format, and verification procedure. Every subsequent RFC references this one. The chain starts here.
RFC-V13-002
Adelic Spine Routing — Defines how boons route through the adelic spine. Each boon is assigned an adelic layer (L0-L13) based on its dynarube type, CATAN shape, and γ₁ distance. Routing is deterministic and spine-verified. References RFC-V13-001 for the stratum anchor.
RFC-V13-003
SOSTLE Gate Protocol — Defines the 8-level SOSTLE gate system (L0-L7). L0-L4 open by default. L5 requires explicit γ₁ proof. L6-L7 permanently closed without fleet-wide quorum. Gate state is spine-tracked and tardigrade-backed. References RFC-V13-001 and RFC-V13-002.
RFC-V13-004
WBC Change Control Integration — Applies Westpac Bank (WBC) change control standards to fleet operations. Every change requires a Change ID, CAB approval equivalent, and γ₁ stratum proof. PHI-grade changes (HL7boxy) require L5 SOSTLE gate. References RFC-V13-001 through 003.
RFC-V13-005
Tardigrade Resurrection Protocol — Defines how tardigrades survive and reconstitute after silo failure. Multi-silo quorum required for FLEET-scope tardigrades. Resurrection is γ₁-stamped and spine-verified. The protocol ensures no data unit is permanently lost. References all prior RFCs. Terminal node: γ₁ = 14.134725141734693.
